Note: The fourth posterior sacral foramen is located in the second depression, moving downward from BL32, at the same level as the sacral hiatus.넷째 뒤엉치뼈구멍은 손가락을 次髎(BL32)에서부터 아래쪽으로 움직이면서 찾으면 두 번째로 만져지는 오목한 곳으로, 엉치뼈틈새(sacral hiatus)와 같은 높이에 위치한다.

直刺 0.5～1寸 (刺入仙骨後孔內)
