침구법
直刺 0.3～0.5寸斜刺 0.5～1寸鍼感이 비교적 강하고 아래에는 肺尖部가 있으므로 신중히 자침하며, 갑자기자극을 주거나 深刺하여 暈鍼이나 氣胸이 발생하지 않도록 한다.若鍼深悶倒, 急補足三里 (『鍼灸大成』)
