Note: The depression inferior to the spinous process of the T3 which is at the intersection of the 2 imaginary lines: the posterior median line and the horizontal line of the medial end of the spine of the scapula.어깨뼈가시(spine of the scapula) 안쪽끝을 지나는 수평선과 뒤정중선(posterior median line)이 만나는 지점이 셋째 등뼈(the 3th thoracic vertebra)가 된다. 그 가시돌기 아래쪽 오목한 곳에서 취혈한다.
