Note: LR11 is located lateral to the adductor longus muscle. When the thigh is adducted against resistance with the hip slightly flexed and abducted, the knee flexed, the adductor longus muscle becomes more distinct.엉덩이를 약간 굽혀 외전하고, 무릎을 굽힌 상태에서 저항에 대항하여 넓적다리를 내전시키면, 긴모음근(adductor longus muscle)이 현저하게 드러난다. 긴모음근의 가쪽에서 취혈한다.
