Note: With one finger placed on SI3, push and slide proximally along the fifth metacarpal bone to the bony projection, SI4 is located in the depression between these two bones.손가락을 後谿(SI3)에서 다섯째 손허리뼈를 따라 몸 쪽으로 뼈가 튀어나온 곳까지 밀면, 다섯째 손허리뼈와 세모뼈 사이의 오목한 곳에 이른다. 이 곳의 赤白肉際에서 취혈한다.
